Servosity – Technical Support Engineer – Immediate Need.
Servosity is a rapidly growing online backup and disaster recovery company based in Greenville, South Carolina. We combine onsite backup, Online Backup, Full Imaging and DR (Bare metal and Virtual Machine restore). Our Mission is to Deliver Mission-Critical Backup and Disaster Recovery to MSPs and IT Resellers in a way that makes their brain do the happy-dance.
Description: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities include providing crazy-good technical support to our tech-savvy client base, growing our knowledge base by adding documentation and instructions, and leading training and on-boarding sessions for new and existing clients. This individual will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, pay attention to detail, be adaptable and thrive on change, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of applicable experience – prior technical customer support / help desk experience a must
- Strong technical skills sufficient to understand Servosity’s service offerings
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent people and proactive communication skills
Compensation: Based on Experience.
